Furthermore, the report suggests that Ayushmann’s film which revolves around the romance between two men has expected to witness a drop of around 12% which would help it earn Rs 2.60-2.65 crore taking the total box office collection around the Rs 40 crore mark.
On the other hand, Vicky horror flick ‘Bhoot Part One: The Haunted Ship’ is expected to see a drop of around 10% which would help the film mint another Rs 1.60-1.65 crore. The film which also stars Bhumi Pednekar in a cameo role is reported to end around Rs 21 crore.
‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’ was expected to do better business but it looks like the sensitive subject of the film has impacted its run in the domestic circuit. Jitendra Kumar, Neena Gupta and Gajraj Rao too have put their best foot forward on the silver screen in Hitesh Kewalya‘s film.
The box office report also suggests that both films may find it difficult to excel in the domestic circuit. While ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’ was expected to become an average film at the box office, the massive drops that it has witnessed have made it difficult to grow.
